They were able to eradicate them.
Very helpful and friendly. We have a big backyard, and it was so bad with fire ants the kids couldn’t go outside to even play! They came out multiple times a week just to get it under control, and finally they were able to eradicate them. Now they just come out once a month to make sure we don’t have that problem anymore. Our service guy is awesome and so helpful and friendly! Love we found such a good company to help us enjoy our home.

5 years of "going natural" was okay, we lived with random bugs and were not especially bothered. All that changed when we became inundated with tiny ants. McCauley got rid of them very quickly and followed up several times to make sure they had treated all their nests, which were extensive around our wooded, 60-year-old home. Each visit, our technician Nathan was very thorough and professional. We will continue with McCauley and appreciate that they show up when they're supposed to, are reasonable, and communicate well by calling if they're running even a few minutes late. I cannot remember a time we received such professional service as what we have received from Matt Snider at McCauley Services. We had a very big problem that needed to be dealt with. Matt took control of the situation immediately. He let us know what needed to be done, and reassured us he would be able to do it. He did just that. He spent an entire day during the heat of summer up in our attic. I was so impressed with Matt and McCauley Services. Matt came by a few days ago to check on the work he did for us last year. He went over everything and charged us nothing. He also offered to come back next year and do the same thing. McCauley Services is the company I would call first for everything if I could. Thank you, Matt, and thank you, McCauley Services, for being an example of what good service really is.

McCauley Exceeded My Expectations
McCauley far exceeded my expectations in a short amount of time. The communication between the person who scheduled my appointment and the technician was spot on. When Jason arrived he knew what he was there for and then listened to what I explained. He explained to me how he was going to handle the issue and broke down why he was doing it that way. I was very pleased to see him in the yard hitting areas I expressed concern over.
If you are someone like myself who normally likes to shop around for the best rate, you won't find better than them. I got a better treatment than Orkin was offering me and Orkin was 6.6 times more expensive.
I've always heard great things about McCauley and they definitely lived up to the hype!

Listen. Don’t even ask anyone else to do your pest control. McCauleys is thorough, kind, affordable, and prompt. I’ve used them for 7 years and they do fantastic work. They come in between monthly treatments if I need them. They listen to me about any extra issues I’m seeing. I initially called because we had carpenter bees and they sprayed for those for a couple of months and they’ve never returned. 10/10 highly recommend, don’t waste your time with big companies like Terminex. McCauleys Services are the best local you can get.

Our technician AlCarlos was wonderful before he even came to the house. He services my mother's business in Wabbaseka, and my husband talked to him about us buying a house and needing the service. He got our information, and by the end of the day, my husband received a text notification with info. When we finally got our closing date, we called, and the lady we talked to already had our information and what we wanted thanks to AlCarlos. When he showed up, he listened to my husband's concerns around the house, and he took care of everything. Whatever he used works, as there were plenty of dead bugs outside by the next day.

Mack is GREAT! We had a little critter that climbed in my attic. It then somehow wiggled into a vent and got stuck. My Westies were going crazy since that is their breed nature. Mack was VERY friendly to my girls and was able to remove the mouse without them noticing. He put a trap in the attic and also sprayed around the house. Hopefully, we will not have any more little mice in our house.
