McCauley offered a good price to start services for a termite prevention contract and at the time also offered a bundle to do monthly treatments for prevention of other insects. Adam with their company does a great job at communicating with me and my husband and we really appreciate that. I have always had a huge issue with mosquitos, but now it seems better. They even come out between normal visits to treat when the mosquitos get too bothersome. Among many other things, I appreciate their knowledgeable staff and straightforward pricing.

As an owner of an Airbnb in the national park, it was reported I had BED BUGS! Immediately, we shut down operations and called McCauley Services. Monday morning, Dewayne from McCauley’s met me at my short-term rental and proceeded to inspect, investigate, and examine every piece of bedding. A 360-degree visual interrogation of every mattress turned up no evidence of any insects in my log cabin. As I took a sigh of relief, Dewayne proclaimed we weren’t finished just yet. He then proceeded to examine every piece of furniture, drapery, and windowsill! Now the sigh? Nope! He proceeded to inspect the crevices between the logs’ interiors. With that, he proclaimed there were no bed bugs to be found! McCauley Services has lived up to their reputation! Thanks, Dewayne and McCauley’s, for a job well done! Truth is, I was confident of the outcome, I don’t have bugs, I have McCauley’s Services!!!
