Eastern subterranean termites are the most common species of termite in Arkansas and are insects that feed on cellulose from leaf litter, wood, soil and dung. Termites live underground in colonies that can be populated by as many as two million inhabitants and will travel through small mud tubes to avoid exposure to the open air.
Termites feed primarily on cellulose from wood, leaf litter, soil and dung so if any of those conditions exist then it is possible for a colony to thrive. A full inspection by our trained professionals will identify any existing termite infestations as well as evaluate the potential risk of an infestation in your home or building.
While termites pose little or no physical threat to humans, the opposite can be said for wooden or timber structures. Termites are wood-destroying insects that have the potential to level a building and could cost unsuspecting property owners a significant expense if left unaddressed.
Because of the complexity of termite extermination it is best to leave the termination process to trained professionals. Contacting McCauley Services is the ideal way to get rid of termites. We offer highly effective termite control that is sure to eradicate the pest problem.
Do-it-yourself sprays and treatments are not always effective in eliminating the entire termite colony and may contain chemicals that are harmful to people and pets if mixed improperly. McCauley Services’ pest control professionals are trained in identifying termite infestations and will implement effective measures to resolve termite problems.
The health and safety of our customers, their families or employees is very important to us and that is why we use products and treatments that are EPA registered for pest control use. All of our pest control professionals are registered and licensed by the state or local jurisdictions where we provide service to ensure proper application.
At McCauley Services we make every effort to be with you as soon as possible. In most cases we can respond on the same or next day.
The state of Arkansas offers a perfect environment for many different pests and species which all require a different treatment and therefore a different price. Our contracts are customized to meet your needs and expectations so our prices reflect that. When you contact our office we can provide you a general price range and for many pests we recommend a free inspection, where one of our representatives will thoroughly investigate your concerns, give you our recommendation for termite treatment and pricing information for the service.
Termites can be difficult to prevent and that is why many of our clients choose to continue service with our Residential Termite Services to keep these wood destroying pests out of their home or our Commercial Termite Services for commercial facilities.
