Well, it’s that time again when many Arkansas residents and business owners begin to notice the signs of termites. While active all year round, termites are more easily identified in the spring because of the reproductive termites, also known as swarmers, who take flight from the colony in an epic termite swarm. We don’t want to point any fingers here but the truth of the matter is that when it comes to pest infestations, many times we are the ones responsible for pests getting into our own homes and for sticking around. It is the little things like leaving the garage door open or letting dirty dishes sit in the sink overnight that could attract mice, ants, cockroaches and other insect and rodents. Though we don’t even realize our actions are only contributing to pest problems.
