March 16, 2010 Benton, AR- 4 Employee’s of McCauley Services demonstrated their knowledge and commitment to the pest control industry by recently passing the Associated Certified Entomologist (ACE) exam. Those who passed include owner, Mike Mccauley, operations manager Phil Bennett, and IPM Specialist Steve McCarty and Jesse Collins. ACE is a program launched in May 2004 and established by the Entomological Society of America to recognize excellence in pest management.
This program makes entomological certification possible for those without formal education in entomology. In today’s progressively multifaceted and highly specialized economy, credentials are everything and the ACE program is rapidly becoming the industry-standard for professionalism and training.
"At McCauley Services our team is committed to knowledge and extensive training, so that we are always providing our customers with the best in pest management. We are so proud to now have 5 total ACE Certifications and admire the passion and dedication to personal and company growth that these individuals have demonstrated.” Says Justin McCauley of McCauley Services. “The ACE exam is a challenging test and we are excited to recognize their success! Congratulations to Mike, Phil, Steve, and Jesse…and thank you for your hard work!"
All four employees have also passed basic and advanced Purdue courses in Urban Entomology. They also continuously partake in on the job training focusing on insect biology, habit, treatment strategies, safety procedures, chemical labels and proper use. This allows them to be up-to-date on the most effective treatments in this industry.
